Hey Y'all

Sorry I Haven't had time to post anything on this blog!
It takes an awful long time to even make just one blog post.
I don't have much to say today so I will make it short and sweet.

Things I've been loving lately:

Daylight Savings Time:
Yes I hate losing an hour of sleep too, but an hour of more light is so much better, that means spring is approaching and you all know how much I love spring!

Jesse Eisenberg:
This boy is my love! He's gorgeous, quirky, awkward, adorable, and funny. He's from Adventureland and Zombieland, he's the cute curly haired blonde boy. He is my second favorite actor next to Johnny Depp. If you haven't seen any of his movies then go rent them!!!

Lush:
Im too obsessed with this company, not good at all!!!
This company sells itself basically, and it can be really addictive. I just recently purchased a few items: Big shampoo (for volume and bounce), King of Skin (Body Butter that smells like Buffy, but isn't as abrasive), You've been mangoed bath melt (smells like citrus fruits, with mango butter, and melts in your hand), and I recieved two free items, Avobath bath bomb (using it with the mango bath melt), and Sunny Side Bubble Bar(talk about glitter everywhere)!

Favorite Products (That I Don't Own)

So this seems like a ridiculous post, considering everything I'm going to talk about I don't own. So these are products I really love, that I've either tested or used before.

This fragrance smells so delicious. Im a huge sucker for citrus and fresh scents, like grapefruit, orange, lemon etc. The strange thing about this perfume is that it doesn't smell like strawberries at all, it actually smells like lemon and grapefruit to me. The Sugar Lemon by Fresh smells very interesting, but it doesn't smell like lemon to me. From the Sephora Website: "Strawberry Flowers Eau de Parfum is a sparkling, fruity floral laced with rich, earthy scents. Addictive top notes of sophisticated citruses, like mandarin and yuzu, envelope middle notes of transparent white floral and fresh mount
ain strawberries. These dreamy notes are anchored with the dry base notes of delicate woods and musk, giving the fragrance an in
vigorating and velvety finish." Its $24.50 for a 1 oz size, Fresh is a very expensive brand but its amazing.

OMG! This fragrance is absolutely amazing. This is G (aka Gwen) from the
Harajuku Lovers Fragrance Line. It smells like coconut and tropical fruit, pina colada, and hawaii. Its absolutely delicious. The only con to this product is that its $45 for 1 oz, which is nothing. This is more of a collectors perfume, which basically means that you collect the bottles after you use the perfume. It smells very sweet, but 1 oz isn't a lot of product for the price.

Urban Decay Primer Potion is an amazing primer! I own the Urban Decay Show Pony Shadow Box, and it came with a mini primer potion. This product goes on a little oily, but it dries up very quickly, and it keeps my eyeshadow on all day long I love it. It has a bended brush, which helps with application, it doesn't crease, and the color is a very nice neutral. Its $18 which I think is a bit expensive for primer, I will eventually buy this because I love it, but I feel like this product should be $10, because it doesn't seem like a ton of product.

The Last Product I am going to talk about is from MAC. The picture won't show up so I will just give you the link: http://www.maccosmetics.com/product/spp.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CAT154&PRODUCT_ID=3625. This is a mineralize eye shadow in Odd Couple, which is a purple and warm gold frost color. This product is $19.50, and its such a beautiful color. The lady at the counter told me that its limited edition, which means they don't know how long it's going to be on the shelves. MAC never tells their employees how long a collection or product is going to be limited edition which sucks. Their mineralize eyeshadows are beautiful and are extremely good quality, but its still $20 for an eyeshadow. The Odd Couple shadow is a perfect pigmented purple, with a hint of gold shimmer.

Inspiration of the Week: Valentines Day

Valentines Day is in a few weeks, so I decided to post a blog on some products that make me think of all the wonderful reds, pinks, and flowery things of the one day where we can actually eat a whole box of chocolates and not give a damn.

Nars Blush in Orgasm:

This blush is absolutely fantastic, its a beautiful pink/ rose color, but goes on more of a peach. Its a sheer pressed powder blush, according to
Sephora "Winner of Best of Sephora for 5 years". If you want a blush that works with any complexion and delivers a pop of color thats not over
bearing, t
hen choose Nars Orgasm. $25

Nars Lip Gloss in Turkish Delight: (shown here- orgasm), turkish delight is a light frosty pink, which reminds me of strawberry cupcakes. Orgasm is more of a peachy pink. Both nars glosses are stunning and there are over 30 to choose from.

Available at Nars Counters and Sephora $24

Kat Von D Painted Love Lipstick in Hellbent:
This lipstick (shown to the right) is blood red. It is the epitome of valentines day and red roses. This color isn't right for everyone, not even for myself. I decided to include it because Kat Von D's products are extremely pigmented. This lipstick works well for those who enjoy a more matte red. Available at Sephora $18

Marc Jacobs Lola Perfume: According to Sephora, "The long-lasting, day-and-night scent opens with pink peppercorn, pear, and ruby red grapefruit. Blooming midnotes of rose, fuschia peony, and geranium make a feminine statement. Layers of vanilla, warm tonka bean, and creamy musk create a sensous drydown." This perfume is absolutely stunning, Marc Jacobs is a master perfumer (does that even make sense).

Lush Goodies

These are a few of my favorite lush products:

Sultana of Soap: This is my favorite Soap from Lush because it smells so amazing. It's a little sweet and a little floral, reminds me of berries and cream. It's ultra creamy and the fruit topping adds to exfoliate your skin. It lathers extremely well, and its on of there cheap soaps.

I Should Coco Soap: I know the image is small, but the scent of this soap is like a tropical dream. It smells heavily of coconut, which i
s rare because most products that have a coconut scent, aren't very
strong at all. This soap is a little pricey,
but the "peppermint candy topping" and the scent of this del
ectable soap make it one appetizing bath.

Ocean Salt Scrub: I use this tantalizing scrub for my face, but it is labeled as a face and body scrub. The smell is refreshing and to many of us lush addicts, it smells like "fire". It has vodka and salt crystals to help exfoliate skin and the smell is absolutely divine. It's min
imally abrasive, and its main ingredients include: avocado butter, coconut fat, and grapefruit and lime oil. For dry skin: use once a week. Oil
y Skin: Use everyday. I
recommend 2-3 times a week for all skin types.

Mask of Magnaminty: This facial mask is fabulous! It smells like mint ice cream. It has peppermint oil and ground up aduki beads to help exfoliate the skin. The best part about this mask unlike lush's other masks, is that it doesn't need to be refrigerated and its shelf-life is a few months. I use this tw
ice a week, to help detox and purify my skin. Leave on for 10 minutes, after cleansing. Rinse off with warm water, and follow with
moisturizer.

Tea Tree Toner: This is a bottled toner made with tea tree oil, a natural detoxing/refreshing agent. This is best used on combination skin. Mist some of the tea tree water on your face, or use a cotton ball to tone your face.

H'Suan Wen Hwa Hair Treatment: This hair treatment works wonders on dry, limp hair. The smell isn't the most pleasant, but it is very easy to get used to. It has balsamic vinegar in for a healthy, glossy shine, extra virgin olive oil to strengthen the hair and moisturize the scalp and fresh organic avocados
to add softness and nourishment. I use this 1-2 a week for an added shine and a bounce to my dull, dry hair.

Strawberry Feels Forever Massage Bar: This massage bar smells like sweet strawberries and adds moisture to soothe and nourish skin. Massage bars are great, especially when you want to relax. It's the same scent as Yummy Yummy Yummy shower gel (which I have yet to try). It's well worth the price, considering the size. It smells delicious and will leave your skin feeling amazing.

Wiccy Magic Muscles Massage Bar: This massage bar actually can fit into one of the massage bar tins! What makes this massage bar extra special is its ability to help soothe sore muscles. Using cinnamon and peppermint oil, its spicy and minty scent will help ease sore muscles. The smell is strong, but the aduki beads in the bar work as tiny little hands, so to speak, kneading your muscles. This is a great massage bar for everyday use.

Hope you guys liked my reviews!
